5.4 Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon receipt, as applicable.

5.5 The customer must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts or re-shipping.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

6.1 Due to the nature of the product (combustible/hazardous goods), crackers and fireworks once shipped or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of:

• Damaged product received

6.2 Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video/photo evidence, by contacting our support team.

6.3 Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
